How to Manage OnlyFans Models: The Content & Posting Playbook
Managing a roster of creators comes down to a handful of repeatable jobs. ModelVI owns the content and posting half of that playbook; the messaging half lives in a separate tool. Here's the system.
- Onboard & connect. Bring each model's platform accounts into one roster and build her content vault — captions, tags and media, reusable across every platform she's on.
- Build the content calendar (the heart). Plan feed posts, stories and scheduled drops per model, a week or more ahead, across all her platforms. Schedule *by model* — pick the model, the platforms, the media, the time, and the engine fans it out. Turn on auto-cleanup so older posts clear on a per-account policy and feeds stay current.
- Stay consistent across platforms (reposting). Repost and syndicate the same content across OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, FanCentro, Maloum, KNKY and the rest without tab-hopping — each account on its own proxy and device profile so platforms don't flag the roster.
- Report per model. See what posted, where, and the posting cadence and coverage per model.
- Payouts & fan conversations. These are real parts of running a roster — but they're a *separate layer*. Messaging, fan CRM and chatter management run in a dedicated tool; ModelVI is the posting and roster layer.
